Burberry has announced it's dedicating its next collection to the celebration of LGBTQ communities. The fashion house has unveiled what it's calling #therainbowcheck - a twist on its signature.We are proud to support UK Black Pride, Europe’s largest celebration for LGBTQ+ people of African, Asian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern and Latin American descent. Our donation will help support community outreach, advocacy and growth, as part of a long-term partnership. Burberry is continuing its long-standing support of the Albert Kennedy Trust, the UK’s national LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity. Burberry has partnered with akt for over three years, with this donation going towards the charity’s COVID-19 relief fund. Burberry has redesigned its trademark check into rainbow colours in support of LGBTQ+ communities around the world. In what will be Christopher Bailey ’s final collection for the British fashion house, he plans to help promote the message of diversity through the clothes, but also through a series of philanthropic initiatives.
