Absolutely like a movie that started with windless and a huge effort for all participants for a professional performance, this edition of the Rolex Regatta has passed. Full of drama and the struggle for survival in difficult conditions, each of the participants was faced with the daunting task of showing their preparation to continue.The 40th Edition of the Rolex Middle Sea Race Race will start on the 19th October 2019. The Club is looking forward to welcoming a mix of professional and Corinthian crews, making a welcome return as well as those making their first appearance on the start line in the historical Grand Harbour in Valletta.The headline entries both represent the United States: David and Peter Askew's Wizard, fresh from overall victory at the 2019 Rolex Fastnet Race, and George David's 27-metre (88-foot) Rambler, odds-on favourite to add a fifth successive line honours title to her enviable record.
