The current Dior Homme Intense is excellent. You can buy with confidence - but if I were you, I'd also sample the original Dior Homme, just to be sure you don't prefer it. Both Dior Homme and DHI are outstanding. I prefer Dior Homme because it opens fresher, but as it evolves on skin, it ends remarkably similar to Dior Homme Intense.

I recently recieved 2 samples of dior homme intense and have been wearing it for sometime and was very much attached to this fragrance. I realy enjoyed how it smelled and how great it perfomed. I got up to 3.5 hours of good projection , up to 8 .
I agree the reformulations of Dior Homme Intense have been for the worse. I still like the recent or current version(s), but the original did smell more like chocolate to me. You might prefer Dior Homme Parfum or even Fahrenheit Parfum which have more of the depth, richness, and complexity of original Dior Homme Intense, to my nose. I cherished my bottle of a Dior Homme intense 2017 batch long enough so i could get a 2021 and do an honest unbiased side by side comparison, unlike many people in the community that get paranoid or weird, and i can say they are absolutely the same. Dior has been pretty transparent about reformulations. Dior Homme Intense has already been reformulated 3 times since 2007: 2007-2010: 03214/A. 2011-2014: 05443/A. 2014-mid 2017: 08666/A. mid 2017-Current: 10950/A. They even reformulated Dior Sauvage EDP this past year (2019) and it's only been out less than 2 years. 4. Share. Cho-Zen-One. I have a Dior Homme Parfum from 2018 (+3 from 2014/2016/2019 which are unopened) and it performs amazingly. I applied it this morning at 0630h and I still smell it at 1530h.
